Flowers Paper Cut - 19th-century watercolour painting

An original 19th-century watercolour painting, Flowers Paper Cut.

This charming picture appears to be a collaboration between two hands (initialled J.M.W. and M.A.P.) and combines bold flowers - roses, tulips and snapdragons - painted in watercolour, with the paper cutting technique - the leaves and petals delicately cut around and laid down on pale blue paper.

Initialled lower and upper right.
In good condition for its age. The picture may have minor imperfections, such as slight marks, toning, foxing, creasing or pinholes, commensurate with age. Please see photos for detail.
25.9cm x 20.1cm.
Unframed.
