An original late 19th-century graphite drawing, Village and Domestic Scenes.

An expressively drawn series of graphite drawings of various village and domestic scenes, including a father and child in a marketplace, a lady in a Victorian kitchen, and a collection of gentlemen in conversation. Verso there are two additional graphite drawings, one of a man seated in an armchair, and another of the man's face in close portrait detail. 

Unsigned. Dated verso.
Minor foxing and light overall age toning, particularly around the edges, as shown. Small crease to the upper left corner. Some graphite transfer, due to image being historically bound in a sketchbook with other graphite drawings, visible in the upper right quadrant and verso.
