A sweet graphite sketch by Philip Vandyke Browne of Shrewsbury, showing a view at Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon in northwest Wales. Llanberis was a particularly popular location for artists in the early 19th century. This picturesque composition includes figures herding sheep.
