Thomas Maisey PNWS (1787–1840) fu uno dei membri fondatori della New Watercolour Society e ne fu presidente tra il 1833 e il 1838. Espose inoltre alla Royal Academy fino al 1828. Dipinse vedute del Kent, del Surrey e di Dromana, in Irlanda, e fu anche litografo. Tre litografie di Maisey sono presenti nella Royal Collection.
