Signed and dated upper left.
In good condition for its age. Laid down on backing paper. The backing paper has age toning and two tears.
17.4cm x 13.1cm.

Wilfrid Travers was an architect, surveyor and artist. He designed the lettering on Admiralty Arch in London (completed in 1912), and showed his watercolours at the Royal Academy summer exhibitions. He was grandfather to artist Jeremy Gardiner.
