Edward Webb (1805–1854) was an elder member of the Webb dynasty of artists. He was apprenticed to the engraver John Pye, and later studied watercolours under Copley Fielding and David Cox. He made sketching tours with David Cox Jr.
Edward Webb had two sons, Sir Aston Webb (1849–1930), an eminent Victorian architect, and Edward Alfred Webb, a painter and engraver.
Edward Webb's watercolours can be found in the V&A, British Museum and The Courtauld collection, amongst others.
