Thomas James Lloyd (1849–1910), generally known as Tom Lloyd, was a talented watercolour painter of landscape, genre and marine subjects. He lived in London and then at Walmer Beach and Yapton, Sussex. He drew much of his inspiration from the idyllic English countryside and painted idealised scenes from rural life.

Lloyd exhibited widely from 1878, including at the RBA, ROI, RA, RSA and RWS; he was elected an associate of the Royal Watercolour Society in 1878 and a full member in 1886.
