Caboonbah Homestead was built in 1889-90 for grazier Henry Plantagenet Somerset (1852–1936) and his wife and family. Somerset was a pioneer pastoralist and politician in Queensland, Australia. The building, which was heritage-listed, burned down in May 2009.
