This painting shows a costume designed for the 'revue' style theatre production of 'Flying Colours' at the London Hippodrome, 1916. This design comes from a large collection of work by Attilio Comelli, one of which is signed.
In watercolour and graphite on laid paper, laid down on original backing board.
